poached eggsWeek one of quitting sugar is done! I may or may not have had a few treats along the way – but it was gelato. You can’t say no to that.

Doing this has actually been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I get to eat all my favourite foods all of the time. Coconut is the greatest thing to come from any tropical island, or the whole world really. And it is the basis of so many meals.

The coco-nutty granola is potentially one of the best things I have ever tasted. I’m mastering the art of poached eggs. And avocado is always acceptable.
