Week two = finito.
And it wasn’t as hard as I had expected. I did have a couple of realisations though.
#1 – activated nuts aren’t the absolute joke I originally thought they were. They are actually insanely delicious, and well worth the 24hr effort and wait.
#2 – I could eat haloumi all day, every day with virtually any meal.
#3 – coconut flour makes everything taste so good, but takes time to track down. (I bought mine from here, with super speedy delivery).
Reading through week three’s steps is making me nervous. It is going to be a battle. But I am excited all the same.
