week four.

kale chipsYet another week of going cold turkey on my fruit addiction. And a bit of a Messina splurge (how the heck could anyone resist C for Cookie? Legit.) B U T:

– Made kale chips. Yum yum yum. After that green smoothie incident I was a little afraid, but these redeemed the program fully.
– And then made my second batch of chia puddings for breakfast. They might have the strangest consistency and gelatinous appearance, but wow I love them. Especially with a bit of cinnamon and activated nuts on the side.
– I just love almond milk. Milk is never boring anymore.
