week five.

porridgeThis may have been my biggest week of fails. Hopefully ever. But honestly, how could I resist an orange and almond muffin at The Grounds? Who knows when I will be back there. And who knows when mum will make that delicious rhubarb tart again. It had to be done.

But I am ready to start a new week all fresh.

Things I learnt ::
– Porridge has long been a favourite food / breakfast / dessert. But now with cacao nibs, yoghurt and activated nuts on top it is just irresistible.
– Made the green cheesy mish-mash soup today. So simple, yet so tasty, and so green. Got a stack in the freezer now for all those times the soup craving comes.
– And also tried the rooibos chai. Yum. Especially on a windy winter day.
