I got really excited about this week. Getting back to the sweet stuff! The no-sugar sweet stuff that is.
– So I added a few frozen raspberries to my chia puddings. It was literally just a few, and that was all the sweetness I could handle. Good sign. I didn’t even feel that sting for fruit that I was getting in the first few weeks.
– I finally made the raspberry ripple! I have been looking forward to this recipe so much. And it was so yum. Now when anyone is eating a piece of cake I can just whip this out and be completely satisfied.
– Bought some cacao powder to make my own sugar-free chocolate. New pantry staple. And buckwheat flour as well. All from my new favourite online store.
