breakfast

I just love not eating sugar. It’s pretty much my new hobby.

– Potentially one of the best breakfasts I have ever made – grilled tomato, haloumi, avocado and poached egg. I won’t tell you how much haloumi I ate last week, because it’s a bit ridiculous.
– Created the coconut fluff pancakes. DELISH. Feeding my coconut addiction.
– Also baked up the pumpkin and chia muffins. This was actually the first zero-sugar recipe I ever made, even before I started the program. So this time I made double. Uni snacks ahoy.
