another lovely home.

Distressed bricks are just one of those absolute winners for me when it comes to home.

We have future dreams of a rumpus room, decked out with dark leather couches, a bit of mood lighting, and old exposed brick walls. Our New York inspiration. That will be Tim’s hang room. And mine will be a light-filled studio, simply designed with delicate wooden furniture and white walls. My thinking zone.

So what if it is mismatched, it’s the best of both worlds. We only live once here on earth so you gotta make the most of that and try things while you can.

This beautiful house is pretty much the perfect combination of both these fantasies. Brick, cow hide, wood, white, greenery, with a little kick of vintage. AND it even has a sloped attic room. Exactly what I dreamt of as a kid, the perfect hideaway zone, chill out and do whatever you like. Oh yes.
